There are many fuels that can be used for direct combustion power generation of biomass boilers in China, among which corn straw, wheat straw, rice straw and other yellow soft straw account for a large proportion. This part of biomass fuel generally needs to be collected, cut and packaged from the field to form straw bags, so as to facilitate transportation and storage to various biomass power plants.
Straw crusher is mainly used to crush and pack yellow soft straw such as corn straw, wheat straw and rice straw.
Shredder structure:
1. The main body of the crusher is welded with high-quality steel plate and machined as a whole to ensure the stability of the equipment under heavy load for a int time.
2. Moving tool / fixed tool moving tool material is made of special high hardness alloy tool steel forging blank, precision machining, multiple heat treatment and low-temperature freezing heat treatment technology. The overall toughness and hardness are consistent, and can be repaired and reused to ensure cutting performance and service life. The fixed tool adopts hook installation to optimize the tool replacement function and make the tool maintenance and replacement more convenient.
3. The assembly of bearing / seal bearing seat is easy to disassemble. The professional sealing structure can effectively block the contact between broken objects and grease. The treatment of liquid materials can also protect bearings and gears.
4. The cutter shaft is made of high-strength and heavy-duty special steel, which can more reasonably cooperate with the cutter to provide powerful power for shearing.
Scope of application: it can be used for the treatment of rice straw, corn straw, wheat straw, cotton straw, rice straw bundle, vegetable straw and other materials, which can be used for the special purpose of various large power plants.

When crushing hollow materials, a material pressing device can be equipped to improve the output.
