Operating instructions:

3, if the feed out after the occurrence of deep and broken wire phenomenon, pay attention to the following points:
First, should adjust the feed file that is the blade shaft on both sides of the M12 screw pressure tightness;
Check whether the position is misplaced during feeding;
Third, whether the blade is new, whether the edge is too sharp, the application of special whetstone slightly trimmed, moderate.
4, if the material comes out, the rubber and plastic has been stripped, but the copper wire can not spit out.
There are 4 main points:
The upper shaft is too deep to roll, and the upper shaft is grinded with special Whetstone, but it can not be repaired too much, too much grinding is easy to cause the oily cable to be difficult to drive;
If the spring pressure is too loose, the pressure should be tightened, and the pressure can be stopped immediately;
Third, the diameter of the wire is too small, or the gap between the upper and lower shafts is too much, so the gap between the two axes should be adjusted to 0.4---0.6mm;
Fourth, the processing of rubber and plastic cable has been heating, copper wire can not spit out.
5, if feed, the agent pressure can not drive the cable in the past, the material stays in the middle, the emergence of the following circumstances:
First, check whether there is relaxation phenomenon of each belt;
Check whether the spring pressure on both sides of the gear is too tight, without the top force, should relax the pressure;
