The waste fabric shredder is mainly used for shredding all kinds of waste clothes, waste fabrics, waste leather, cow leather, fibers, old shoes, waste sheets, defective fabrics, carpets, quilts and other materials. The discharge size can be adjusted according to user requirements. Through this cutting method, the bulk density of materials can be increased, the transportation cost can be reduced, or the materials can be further treated, such as the separation of foreign matters.
Working principle: in principle, the waste cloth shredder mainly drives the cutter head to rotate at high speed through the motor. In the process of high-speed rotation of the moving knife, it forms a trend of relative movement with the fixed knife. The gap formed between the moving knife and the fixed knife causes the cutting of cloth shredding and shearing, so as to tear up large pieces of cloth. The torn cloth filters and outputs the size of cloth particles through the screen, which is convenient and labor-saving in the whole processing process.
